PA／PE回收料的再生改性

Modification of PA / PE Recycled Material

研究了通过添加扩链剂KL—E4370、氧化钙和氧化聚乙烯蜡对PA／PE回收料进行扩链、除水和原位生成相容剂的再生改性。结果显示，扩链剂KL—E4370用量为0．7％，氧化钙用量为2％改性效果最好，添加1％的氧化聚乙烯蜡改善了PA和PE的相容性。

PA/PE recycled Material by adding chain extender KL- FA370, calcium oxide and polyoxyethylene wax were extended, the water was absorbed and situ compatibilizer was regenerated. The results showed that chain extender KL - FA370 amount of 0.7%, calcium oxide amount of 2% , modification effects were the best, addition of 1% the oxidized polyethylene wax improved the compatibility of PA and PE.
