摘要
在钛片上用电沉积方法制得银铟硒薄膜 ,测试了银铟硒薄膜在多硫、多碘等氧化还原偶介电质中与铂电极 (或石墨电极 )构成的PEC电池的开路光电压和短路光电流 。
A photoelectrochemical cell(PEC) was constructed with an AgInSe 2 film photoanode made by electrodeposition and platinum electrode in aqueous polysulfide or polyiodine electrolyte. The V OC and I SC of PEC have been measured, and the effect of chemical decoration on the photoanodes have been studied.
