摘要
采用水解 -好氧生化处理法 (H/O法 )和序批式活性污泥法 (SBR法 )对聚酯工艺废水和氯化胆碱工艺废水的混合水样进行对比试验 ,结果表明 ,该类废水经两种方法处理后均能达到国家一级排放标准 (GB8978 1996 )。H/O法具有基建投资省、电耗低等优点 ,但由于稀释费用高 ,使其应用受到限制 ;SBR法稀释费用低 ,在无其他生活污水和冷却水稀释的情况下 。
The result of the treatments for Polyester Resin Chlorinated Choline mixed wastewater using respectively hydrolyze aerobic biochemistry (H/O technique) and sequencing batch reactor (SBR technique) has been compared. It shows that the samples treated by the two techniques both meet the first class discharge standard (GB8978 1996). The H/O method has the advantages of low capital construction investment and low power consumption. But its application is limited by high cost of dilution, whereas the dilution fee of SBR method is lower. So the process of SBR will be more economical on condition that there are no domestic wastewater and other cooling water dilution.
