摘要
用压力差热分析 (PDTA)研究了高氯酸铵 (AP)在高压下热分解动力学。结果表明 ,压力使 AP的 DTA曲线上高温分解峰移向高温 ,而使低温分解峰移向低温。压力提高高温分解的表观活化能 ,但却没有改变低温分解的动力学参数。还用分解机理和控制速度步骤解释了这些结果。
The kinetics of the thermal decomposition of ammonium perchlorate (AP) is investigated by the pressure differential thermal analysis (PDTA). It is found that the peak temperature of high temperature decomposition moves up and that of low temperature decomposition on DTA curve of AP moves down with the pressure increases. It is also shown that the apparent activation energy E a at high temperature decomposition increases and no changes in the kinetic parameters at low temperature decomposition occur as the pressure increases. On the basis of the mechanism and the rate-controlling process in AP decomposition, the results are explained.
