Application of CAE Finite Element Analysis in Design of Switch and Socket-outlet

以开关卡扣扣合过程中卡扣、插销插拔过程中插套的受力分析,及开关插座塑件注塑成型过程模流分析为例,本文阐述了有限元分析结果对开关、插座设计过程中的参考价值,介绍了CAE有限元分析软件在设计、生产过程中的指导作用。

Based on the force analysis of plug bush during the process of mating snap joint and socket outlet; and the mold flow analysis of injection moulding of plastic part of switch socket, this paper introduces the reference value of finite element analysis for the designs of switch and socket-outlet, it also introduces the guiding function of CAE analysis software in designing and production process of snap and socket-outlet.
