肤刺螨属一新种(蜱螨亚纲:皮剌螨科)

A NEW SPECIES OF THE GENUS: PELLONYSSUS (ACARI: DERMANYSSIDAE)

本文记述了巢集肤刺螨,新种Pellonyssus nidi sp.nov.,并讨论了与狭胸肤刺螨P.stenosternus Wang,1963的鉴别要点。模式标本采自云南陇川县的麻雀巢中,存放在贵阳医学院。

In the present paper a new species of Pellonyssus from China is described and illustrated Pellonyssus nidi sp. nov. (figs. 1-6)Holotype ♀, allotype ♂ and paratype 1 protonymph were collected in June 1987, off a sparrow nest with infantile birds, from Longchuan County (24.2°N, 97.9°E), Yunnan Province. The type specimens are deposited in the Department of Parasitology, Guiyang Medical College, Guizhou Province.This new species is closely allied to Pellonyssus stenosiernus (Wang, 1963), but the opisth-onotal plate of the new species wider, the ratio of length to width being 1.09, and its anterior margin flat, that of the latter species narrower, its ratio being 2.01, and with concave anterior margin; the sternal plate of the new species somewhat longer, with prominent antero-lateral angle, and St1 longer, its length about 2/1 the length of St3, while that of the latter species shorter, without antero-lateral angle, and St1 very short, its length only 1/10 the length of St3; the peri-treme of the new species longer, extending ro anterior portion of coxa II, that of the latter species shorter, reaching posterior portion of coxa Ⅱ only; the posterior end of the genito-ventral plate of the new species rounded, while that of latter species pointed.
