三种热带兰花总黄酮的提取及含量测定

The Extraction of Flavonoids and the Determination of Their Content in Three Tropical Orchids

对文心兰花、莫氏兰根、石斛兰花中总黄酮的提取工艺和含量进行测定.以总黄酮得率为评价指标,采用加热回流法提取,以正交实验优选最佳工艺条件.实验结果表明,文心兰花、莫氏兰根、石斛兰花中总黄酮含量分别为:2.18%、1.89%、1.81%,文心兰花总黄酮得率比莫氏兰根和石斛兰花总黄酮得率要高.

The extraction technology for total flavonoids and the determination of their contents in the flowers of Oncidi- urn,the roots of Mokara and Dendrohium nobile were studied. Using the total yield of flavonoids as an evaluation standard, and the extraction by reflux, the optimum extraction conditions were analyzed by orthogonal experiment. Experimental results showed that the total yield of flavonoids in the three tropical orchids was 2.18%, 1.89%, 1.81% respectively. The yield of flavonoids in Oncidium is higher than that of Mokara and Dendrobium.
