在全面推进素质教育的过程中,高职院校素质教育的成效并不尽如人意。高职院校面对层次同质化竞争的巨大压力,应积极从人才培养目标定位、构建综合素质教育课程体系、完善综合素质教育实践环节等方面构建以思想政治教育为主导的素质教育体系,提高整体办学的竞争力。

In the process of quality education, the effect is not very satisfied. In order to enhance the competitiveness of the college, the quality eduction system should be constructed from talents training target, building comprehensive quality education courses and perfecting the different aspects of quality education system.
