摘要
通过对中医医疗机构医务人员的抽样问卷调查,分析医务人员对中医医疗机构服务功能及公立中医医院补偿机制的认知情况,围绕功能定位、特色发挥、补偿途径等重点问题进行深入探讨。
This paper analyzes cognition of service function and reimbursement mechanism in Chinese medical institutions by questionnaire survey to medical staff. The functional orientation, characteristics, ways of reimbursement, etc. are discussed in this paper.
