摘要
本文运用ADAMS软件针对一种新型抽油机建立了仿真模型,并以该抽油机输入轴的扭矩峰值为目标开展了优化仿真研究。通过对抽油机结构参数进行优化分析,用抽油机的输入功率变化来验证其及结构参数的合理性。仿真结果表明该新型抽油机的结构合理、具有较明显的节能效果,可推广应用。
A model of a novel pumping unit was established by the ADAMS software. Regarding the maximum value of the input torque as the target, the structure of the pumping unit was simulated and optimized. Through structure parameter optimization of the pumping unit, the parameters were verified by varying the input power. The simulation results show that the structure of the novel pumping unit is reasonable with significant energy saving effect.
