摘要
对钢管在矫直过程中的压扁量、压扁力等工艺参数的计算时,采用英国Bronx公司的Pauk直梁计算方法,其计算结果不够精确,数值偏小。本文采用曲梁计算方法,分析了钢管在矫直过程中的压扁量、压扁力参数,推荐压扁量δ为1%~1.3%。计算结果在实践应用中证明是正确的。
This paper calculated the technical parameters including pressing flat quantity and pressing flat force during the tubes being straightened. It gave the calculation method educed by the Pauk theory of the Bronx Co. Through the practical application, it proved that this calculation method is imprecise with smaller values. This paper calculated those parameters through the curved beam mldel, and recommended that the pressing flat quantity should range from 1% to 1.3%. The results have been proved accurate feasible in the practical application.
