摘要
针对电容器卷制机中张力难以控制的特点,本文采用了西门子公司的SIMOTION运动控制器及伺服系统,实现了带速度设定点和PID修正的dancer位置闭环张力控制,达到了张力响应速度快、波动小和稳定性高等要求。
Because the tension of a capacitor winding machine is difficult to control, this paper used SIMO-TION motion controller and its servosystem of Siemens Ltd to realize the dancer position closed-loop tension control with speed set point and PID correction. The high requirements oftension control, such as fast response, small fluctuations and high stability are achieved.
