摘要
以THP11-10000液压机作为实验对象,使用FARO公司生产的Laser Tracker X V2绝对激光跟踪仪对压机机身进行刚度检测。在有限元分析和刚度检测的分析对比中,验证所得结果的有效性。在此基础上,对上下横梁挠度变形进行非线性方程拟合,为液压机机身结构的设计提供借鉴。
With THP11-10000 as the prototypes, the static stiffness test was carried out by Laser Tracker X V2 made by FARO Co. Compared with the experimental data the simulated result is validated. Based on the data, the multiple non-liner regression equation was fitted. It provides a reference for the design of the press structure.
