摘要
采用主题分析和内容分析建立医师胜任特征,采用专家咨询对各胜任特征进行重要性评价。结果显示:人际关系能力是医师胜任力的重要特征;专业基本素质是医师胜任力的核心特征;职业发展能力、个人发展能力和心理特质是胜任力中的基本特征。
To build physicians competency by subject and content analysis. Take importance evaluation of competency by expert consultant. The study shows that interpersonal relationship ability is the key character of physicians competency. Specialty basic quality is core character of physicians competency. The basic character of physicians competency is that career development ability, personal development ability and mental trait.
