通过分析当前立法中规定的企业应该承担的法律责任,研究餐饮企业在食品安全领域应该承担的社会责任。基于企业社会责任角度考量我国餐饮企业食品安全监管的现状,从企业社会责任角度对餐饮企业食品安全监管体系重构,解决现行立法中有关企业食品安全自律监管表述过于抽象的问题,进一步完善食品安全法律制度。

This paper analyzes legal liability of the enterprises should bear in current legislation. Studies catering enterprises should bear social responsibility in food safety domain. Considers and discusses current situation of food safety based on enterprises social responsibility angle. Reconstructs food supervision and management system from catering enterprises social responsibility angle. Solves the problems that abstract expression of food safety self-discipline by the relevant food enterprises so as to perfect food safety legal system further.
