摘要
在对桐柏抽水蓄能电站的定期检查过程中,发现发电机转子风扇固定螺栓松动,螺栓锁片发生移位、变形的缺陷.经过对缺陷现象原因的认真分析,决定从锁片的结构特性、材料特性为立足点提高锁片的可靠性,从而诞生了发电机转子风扇固定螺栓新型锁片.通过一段时间的运行后检查其固定效果良好,说明此缺陷得到了彻底的解决.
During periodic inspections, the mounting bolts in generator rotor fan are found loosing in retaining bolt and deformation in locking plate in Tongbai Pumped Storage Power Station. After a careful analysis on the causes of defects, it is suggested to introduce a new locking tab in generator rotor fan to improve the reliability of locking plates according to the structural characteristics and the material properties. After running, the fixed effect of the locking tab proves to be good.
