高职教育协同创新的模式研究——以杭州职业技术学院为例

摘要 协同创新理论在高职教育体制机制创新、调动企业的积极性、明确政府的职能与职责、推动法律法规政策的完善等方面,不失为一条行之有效的途径.杭州职业技术学院依据协同创新理论,结合高职教育发展实际,选择合理的路径、制定科学的策略开发了高职教育协同创新——校企协同模式的发展模式.分析校企协同模式的内在机理、制度障碍、运行机制、发展规律及方向等,可为高职教育发展提供理论借鉴. As the rapid development of social undertakings, the development of higher education has encountered many bottlenecks and constraints, which need handling by reform. Cooperative innovation, through which the government and enterprises play an active role in talent cultivation, is the effective way to the innovation of higher education system. This re- search provides theoretical and practical reference for higher education development in Zhejiang, based on the empirical ca- ses of collaborative innovation in Hangzhou Vocational and Technical College in the perspective of collaborative innovation theory and collaborative innovation patterns -college-enterprise cooperation mode, colleges cooperation mode, government- college cooperation mode, and relative background, characteristics, performance as well.
