摘要
目的分析比较不同的竹节参挥发性成分。方法采用挥发油提取器法和索氏提取器法提取竹节参挥发性成分,使用GC-MS联用仪进行测定。依据C9-C30正构烷烃在HP-5MS柱上的保留时间计算各峰保留指数,用峰面积归一化法测定各成分相对含量。结果从正己烷索氏提取液中鉴定了13种组分,占总峰面积的93.7%;从挥发油提取器法提取物中鉴定了14种组分,占总峰面积的70.4%。结论两种提取方法得到的挥发性成分主成分变化较大,本研究为竹节参的进一步开发提供了科学依据。
Objective To analyze and compare the difference of the volatile chemical constituents of Panax japonicus C. A. Mey.. Methods The volatile chemical constituents were obtained by Naphtha extraction de- vice and Soxhlet extraction device respectively, which were subjected to GC- MS analysis. RI ( retention in- dex) was calculated based on the retention time of C9- C30 n-alkanes on a HP-5MS column. Area normaliza tion method was used to determine the relative content of each constituent. Results 13 components were i dentified in the Soxhlet extraction device (n-hexane)extraction, representing 93.7 % of the total oil composi tions; 14 components were identified in the Naphtha extraction device extraction,representing 70. 4% of the total oil compositions. Conclusions There was remarkable difference of volatile components checked in the Panax japonicus C. A. Mey. among two extraction methods. It can provide reference data for the further de velopment of Panax japonicus' s.
