摘要
对熔盐氯化所生产粗TiCl4固含量偏高的原因进行了分析,指出熔盐氯化环节的入炉原料、氯化温度及熔盐体系构成,收尘环节的收尘室温度、收尘室连接方式,淋洗环节的淋洗温度、循环泵槽配置,沉降环节的搅拌速率、沉降时间均是导致粗TiCl4固含量偏高的因素,并探讨了相关对策。
The causes are analyzed for high solid content of crude TICl4 produced by molten salt chlorination. It is pointed out the high solid content of crude TICl4 is caused mainly by raw materials,chlorination temperature and molten salt composition in the molten salt chlorination section, the temperature of dust collection chamber and chamber connection pattern in the dust collection section, scrubbing temperature and circulating pump tank allocation in the scrubbing section as well as the stirring rate and settlement time in the settlement section. The related countermeasures are discussed.
