赤红补肺胶囊水提工艺研究

Study of water extraction process of Chihong Bufei capsules

目的:优选赤红补肺胶囊的水提工艺。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定芍药苷含量,以水提物中有效成分芍药苷含量和干浸膏收率为指标,运用正交设计法对赤红补肺胶囊水提取工艺进行优选。结果:赤红补肺胶囊最佳水提取工艺为加入12倍量水浸泡60 min,煎煮3次,每次2h。结论:采用该水提工艺提取,水提取物中芍药苷的收率较高且稳定。

Objective： To optimize the water extraction process of Chihong Bufei capsules. Methods： With the active ingredient paeoniflorin of water extract and the yield of dry extract as indicators, HPLC and orthogonal design were used to optimize the water extraction process. Results： The best water extraction process was： soaked 60 rain with 12 times of water, decocted 3 times 2 h each. Conclusion： Using the above water extract process, the yield of paeoniflorin is get high and stable.
