摘要
介绍了溪洛渡水电站水轮机筒形阀的结构特点、工作原理、安装流程以及工艺控制标准,在以往电站水轮机筒形阀的安装、运行和检修的经验基础上,结合溪洛渡电站的实际情况,优化并制定了水轮机筒形阀安装调试工艺,并在电站实际施工过程中不断的进行摸索和创新。通过对溪洛渡水电站水轮机筒形阀的安装调试过程进行总结,为同类型大型混流式水轮机筒形阀的安装提供实例。
The structure characteristics of turbine cylinder valve, working principle, installation process and process control standard in Xiluodu Hydropower Station are introduced. Based on the installation, operation and maintenance of turbine cylinder valve in the existing hydropower stations and combined with the real situation in Xiluodu Hydropower Station, process of installation and adjustment of turbine cylinder valve is optimized, and continuous exploration and innovation are tried in the construction period of the station. Through summering the installation and adjustment of turbine cylinder valve in Xiluodu Hydropower Station, It provides an example for the installation of various large-scale mixed flow turbine cylinder valve.
