超声心动图诊断心肌致密化不全的临床价值

目的探讨超声心动图对心肌致密化不全(NVM)的诊断及其临床价值。方法回顾性分析30例NVM患者的超声心动图图像特征分型和并发症。结果 30例NVM患者均合jenni等提出的诊断标准,其中左室型21例(66.7%),双室型8例(26.7%),右室型1例(3.3%);受累部位以室壁中段乳头肌水平以下至心尖部为著,并发左心功能不全17例,左室射血分数下降(<50%);并发心律失常7例,房性心律失常多见;2例伴发栓塞事件。结论超声心动图对NVM的诊断有极高的临床价值,是一种理想的随诊方法。

Objective Purpose Explore the ultrasound echocardiography on myocardial myocardium （NVM） diagnosis and its clinical value. Methods A retrospective analysis of 30 cases of the NVM patients of the echocardiographic images characteristic parting and complications. Results 3（9 cases NVM patients were co jenni proposed diagnostic criteria, which the left ventricle in 21 cases （66.7G）, 1 case （3.30//oo） ; affected parts of the two--chamber 8 cases （26.70//00）, right ventricular type wall middle below the level of the＇papillary muscles to the apex with concurrent 17 cases of left ventricular dysfunction, left ventricular ejection fraction （〈50%） ; concurrent arrhythmia seven cases, the atrial arrhythmia more common; 2 ca- ses associated with embolic events. Conclusions Echocardiography high clinical value for the diagnosis of NVM is an ideal method at any time.
