摘要
以丙基三氯硅烷和四羟甲基硫酸鏻为原料合成了1-丙基-4-羟甲基-1-硅杂-4-磷杂-2,6,7-三氧杂双环[2,2,2]-辛烷季鏻硫酸盐(简称笼状季鏻盐有机硅酸酯)。研究了反应条件对反应的影响,并利用FTIR,1H NMR,DTA等方法分析了产品的结构和性能。实验结果表明,适宜的反应条件为:丙基三氯硅烷与四羟甲基硫酸鏻的摩尔比为2,二乙二醇二甲醚为溶剂,反应温度130℃,反应时间9 h。该笼状季鏻盐有机硅酸酯的分解温度为265.5℃,具有良好的耐高温性能。将其应用于191不饱和树脂中时,具有优良的阻燃抗静电性能。
A flame retardant antistatic agent, 4-(hydroxymethyl)-l-propyl-2, 6, 7-trioxa-4-phospha- 1-silabicyclo [ 2, 2, 2] octan-4-ium sulphate(caged silicic phosphonium for short) was synthesized from propyltrichlorosilane and tetrakis(hydroxymethyl) phosphonium sulphate. The influences of reaction conditions on the synthesis were studied, and the structure and performance of the product were characterized by means of FTIR, 1H NMR and DTA. The results showed that the optimal conditions are molar ratio of propyltrichlorosilane to tetrakis-(hydroxymethyl) phosphonium sulphate 2, bis(2- methoxy ethyl)ether as solvent, reaction time 9 h and reaction temperature 130 %. The decomposition temperature of the caged silicic phosphonium is 265.5 ℃ which means that it has good heat resistance. 191 Unsaturated polyester resin containing the product has excellent flame retardant and antistatic performance.
