摘要
着眼社会对人才的需求,从知识能力、核心能力、职业习惯、职业道德和修养四个方面对人才职业素养的涵义进行了全面分析,并系统阐述了高等职业教育改革中促进学生职业素养实现的途径。
Starting from talents demand,this paper analyzes talents occupational quality from four aspects:professional ability,core ability,occupational habits,and occupational morals,and systematically analyzes realizing channels to promote students’occupational quality in higher vocational reform .
