高校扬长教育通过扬长避短,促进人的全面发展,在实施中不断凸显其优越性。从个体、文化与社会三方面探索扬长教育的功能,有利于启发研究者以及高校相关人员对这种教育理念的重视,并促进该教育理念的不断成熟与健全。
By focusing advantages,college advantage-focus education can promote students’all-round devel-opment,and reveal its advantages continuously.This essay has explored functions of college advantage-focus edu-cation from perspectives of individual,culture and society,inspiring researchers and educators to draw attention to this educational philosophy and promote its improvement .
