摘要
高职院校德育课程在教学方法上存在"教师讲解为主、不注重教学技巧、教学模式呆板"等方面的问题。因此,德育课程教学方法应从培养学生"有效的口头沟通"和"积极聆听"最基本的工作能力改革开始,体现以学生为主体、让学生主动说、听的教学组织思路,让学生在教学过程中主动构建知识,主动听讲和评价。
There are problems in moral course teaching that teachers wholly explain in the classroom with stuff models,paying little attention to teaching skills.Moral course teaching reform should start from effective oral com-munication and positive listening,which should embody students as main subject,leading them to talk and listen ac-tively,and help them to build knowledge in the teaching process.
