文学作品中英汉翻译的美质再现

On Reproduction of Beauties in English-Chinese Translation

在英汉翻译过程中,译者常常专注于语义的传递而忽略了对美的感知,如此译作很难成为佳译。翻译牵涉到两种语言的转换过程,对语言美质的认识与追求是提高译文水准的关键。本文试以翻译美学思想为视角,来讨论译者是如何运用其审美意识再现原作的形式美和非形式美以提高译文审美效果的。

In English-Chinese translation,translators usually concentrate on the transmission of meaning and pay inadequate attention to perception of beauty,resulting in unsatisfactory translation.Translating involves a pro-cess of transformation between two languages.And to realize and pursue the linguistic beauty is the key to improve translation quality.This paper tries to discuss how a translator makes use of his aesthetic consciousness to reproduce the aesthetics characteristics of the original on formal and non-formal levels from the perspective of Translation Aesthetics in order to improve the aesthetic effect of the translation .
