RH真空精炼用顶枪枪头扩张角的浅析

摘要 RH真空室是RH真空精炼冶金反应的熔池,RH真空精炼脱碳反应的反应速度与RH真空精炼用顸枪枪头参数的设定有密切关系。借助商业软件GRAFTOOL3.0对R.H真空精炼用顶枪扩张角大小进行流场数值模拟,分析了不同扩张角角度下的射流状态,对R.H吹氧脱碳提供了重要科学依据,验证了最佳扩张角角度。 [Abstract] The RH Vacuum chamber is a smelting bath of RH vacuum refining metallurgical reaction. The reaction speed of RH vacuum refining decarburization is closely connected with the parameter setup of top lance head for RH vacuum refining. The fluid field numerical simulation on the size of divergence angle of top lance head in RH vacuum refining is done via commercial software GRAFTOOL3.0. Analyze the jet flow status under various divergence angle degrees, so as to put forward important scientific basis for RH oxygen blowing decarburization and verify the best divergence angle degree.
