电力工业是国家经济的重要基础产业,其安全生产直接关系到国民经济的发展和人民生活的安定。"安全第一、预防为主"是电力工业企业生产和建设的基本方针,是电力工业实现持续、快速、健康发展的基础,而技术监督正是贯彻这一根本方针的重要保证。通过建立一套统一企业集团技术监督标准体系、深化企业技术监督流程化管理、深入监督设备档案建设的一体化、集约化的技术监督管理系统,可有效支撑企业集团技术监督管理各项业务和职能管理,提高集团信息化监督管理水平。
As an important basic industry in the national economy, the electric power industry safety has a direct impact on the development of national economy and the stability of people＇s livelihood. Thus, ＂safety first, prevention first＂ is a basic principle of the electric power industry enterprises production and construction, and is also a foundation of continuous, rapid and healthy development of the industry. Further, technical supervision is an important guarantee of carrying out this basic guideline. To construct an integrated and intensive technical supervision management system through the establishment of a unified enterprise technical supervision standard system and deepening the process management of technical supervision, will be helpful to provide a support for management businesses and functional management and improve the level of group informatization supervision management.
