Integration Construction Method of the Map World for Provinces and Cities

针对"天地图"省市级节点建设中,特别是在经济欠发达省份建设中存在的资金、人员、技术问题,提出了省市级一体化建设模式,实现低成本、快速省市级节点建设,并对一体化建设思路、建设方法进行了阐述。

According to the Map World construction for provinces and cities, especially in underdeveloped economy provinces, existing many problems about funds,personnel and technology, we made a corresponding solution in this paper. In this way, we can complete the construction with lower cost and less time.
