摘要
针对传统的急救服务出现的人工语言交流障碍,救助方案不科学和人工救援最佳路径选择困难等问题,通过GIS独特的地理空间分析功能,研究了采用GIS技术结合120应急救援业务的方法,并以马鞍山120应急救援专题数据为例,使用j2ee、ArcGIS API for js和富客户端技术ExtJS建立马鞍山市120应急救援系统。
With the rapid development of urban construction, there are some problems of the traditional emergency services, such as artificial language communication obstacles, artificial rescue package nonscientific, and the difficulty of the selection of optimal path. Through unique geographical spatial analysis function of GIS, this paper proposed a method of GIS technology combined with 120 emergency rescue operations. Taking Maanshan 120 emergency rescue thematic date as an application case, it used j2ee, ArcGIS API for js and the rich client technology ExtJS to set up the Ma'anshan City 120 emergency rescue system.
