摘要
针对目前陕县地质灾害信息采用纸质档案与电子文档管理的不足,利用GIS技术、数据库和网络技术,以ArcEngine作为基础平台,利用C#语言进行应用二次开发,建立了集地质灾害信息的存储、更新、查询、分析和发布为一体的管理平台,实现地质灾害信息的网络化管理,为地质灾害信息管理及应急预测提供技术支撑。
According to the management shortage of the paper and electronic document, this paper structured a geological hazards information management system based on GIS,database and network technology supported by ArcEngine component library of ESRI. This system had the functions including storage, update, query, analysis and publishes for the geological hazards information. It brought out the network management of geological hazards information and provided technical support for the management and emergency prediction.
