东莞市纺织服装鞋帽制造业发展的SWOT分析

The SWOT Analysis of Development of Textile Clothing and Footwear Industry of Dongguan

在经济全球化快速推进形势下,纺织服装鞋帽业作为传统优势产业面临着一系列挑战。基于SWOT分析法对东莞市纺织服装鞋帽制造业发展所具有的优势、劣势和所面临的机会、威胁进行系统分析,认为东莞市纺织服装鞋帽制造业发展优势与劣势并存、机会与威胁同在。在此基础上提出促进东莞市纺织服装鞋帽业升级的对策建议。

Under the circumstance of rapid economic globalization,textile clothing and footwear industry,as a traditional competitive industry,is facing a series of challenges.In this paper,SWOT Analysis is utilized to analyze systematically strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and threats of textile clothing and footwear industry of Oongguan and then draws the conclusion that strengths and weaknesses ,opportunities and threat coexist.Several suggestions based on above analysis are put forward to promote upgrading of the industry.
