摘要
[目的]探讨网络环境下基于问题的学习(WPBL)教学法在老年护理业务学习中的应用。[方法]将72名护士随机分为观察组和对照组,每组36人,对照组以以授课为基础的学习(LBL)教学法进行业务学习,观察组以WPBL法进行业务学习。1年后进行年终考核,比较两组护士理论考核成绩,于研究开始前及1年后应用评判性思维能力(中文版)测量表(CTDI-CV)各测评1次护士的评判性思维能力。[结果]观察组护士理论考核成绩优于对照组(P<0.05);两组护士在业务学习前评判性思维能力评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护士业务学习后评判性思维能力评分较业务学习前明显提高,且优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]WPBL应用于老年护理业务学习可以加深对理论知识的掌握、有利于培养护士的评判性思维能力。
Objective: To probe into application of problem - based learning on web in elderly care business learning. Methods: A total of 72 nurses were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 36 cases in each, and the LBL pedagogy was used for business learning of nurses in control group,and the WPBL method was used for business learning in observation group. After one year, the year - end assessment was carried out, then the nurses theory test results were compared, critical thinking ability of nurses was evaluated once respectively by using critical thinking ability (Chinese Version) meter and (CTDI- CV)before the start of the study and one year after the application. Results: The theoretical examination scores of nurses in observation group were better than that of the control group (P 〈 0. 05) there was no statistically significant difference in critical thinking ability score before business learning between two groups (P〉0.05);the critical thinking ability score of nurses of observation group after business learning was significantly improved compared with before business learning, and was better than that of control group (P〈0.05). observation group after learning the business judgment of nurses thinking ability score was significantly im- proved compared to business learning,and better than the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion. WPBL used in elderly care business learning can deepen master of theoretical knowledge, and is helpful to train nurses' critical thinking skills.
