It analyzed the status quo of education and training of Chinese medicine nursing knowledge and skills, and put forward the comprehending countermeasures. It emphasized on the needs analysis should be carried out on TCM nursing knowledge and skills training,and stratified training was carried out for different hierarchical levels of nurse.
