湖北省潜水蜂一新种(膜翅目:潜水蜂科)

DESCRIPTION OF A NEW SPECIES OF AGRIOTYPUS CURTIS FROM HUBEI, CHINA (HYMENOPTERA: ICHNEUMONOIDEA: AGRIOTYPIDAE)

潜水蜂属Agriotypus Curtis全世界共报道8种,其中我国已知4种。本文新添一采自湖北省房县的新种:郑氏潜水蜂A.zhengi sp.nov。

Agriotypidae is a small family of llymenoptera, containing only one genus, Agrtotypus Curtis. Up to now, there are 8 known species of this genus in the world, and among these 4 species are recorded in China. In this paper, a fifth new species is added to our Chinese fauna.Agriotypus zhengi sp. nov.It is closely related to A. lui Chao, 1986, but can be separated from the latter by the following characters: (1) frons with a median longitudinal embankment between the middle ocellus and the antennal sockets instead of ridge; (2) spine of scutellum very long, and strongly up-curved apicially instead of slightly upcurved; (3) length of intercubitus about 0.9 times as long as the distance between intercubitus and 2nd recurrent vein instead of 0.5 times; (4) fore wings with deeply infuscated bands instead of slightly infuscated ones; (5) discoidella inserted at posterior 0.15 of nervellus instead of 0.2-0.25; (6) length of templp 1.7 times as long as breadth of eye instead of less than 1.0 times-Holotype: ♀, Fang Xian (32.0°N, 101.7°E), Hubei Prov., 16.Ⅵ.1977, Zheng Leyi, No. 871080.
