亚麻尖孢镰刀菌粗毒素滤液对亚麻种子萌发的影响 被引量:2

摘要 不同地区采集的尖孢镰刀粗毒素滤液对亚麻种子萌发的抑制率不同;利用尖孢镰刀菌粗毒素滤液对不同品种的亚麻种子进行处理,研究结果表明粗毒素滤液对亚麻种子萌发有明显的抑制作用,发芽率明显降低,胚根的长度明显比对照组短,对胚根生长的抑制率为21.2%-42.4%,且处理后的亚麻种子很难成苗,对其受害幼苗进行尖孢镰刀菌分离结果表明,从根茎2-3cm处均可分离到尖孢镰刀菌。 The germination inhibition rate of flax seeds which were treated with crude toxin filtrate of Fusarium oxysporum collected in different regions was different .The flax seeds of different varieties were treated with crude toxin filtrate of Fusarium oxysporum.The results showed that crude toxin signifi-cantly inhibited germination of flax seeds , and the germination rate decreased .The length of radicle was significantly shorter than that of the control , and the inhibition rate was 21.2-42.4%.The flax seeds treated with crude toxin filtrate of Fusarium oxysporum were difficult to germinate and grow up into seed-lings.Separation of Fusarium oxysporum from seedlings showed that Fusarium oxysporum could be isola-ted around the 2-3 cm rhizomes .
