声脉冲辐射力成像技术在肾脏囊实性肿块鉴别中的初步应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:评价声脉冲辐射力成像技术(ARFI)在鉴别肾脏囊实性肿块中的应用价值。方法:43例均接受手术治疗或超声引导下肿块穿刺活检的患者进行常规二维超声和ARFI弹性成像检查。结果:以病灶内横向剪切波速度无值为诊断标准,ARFI对43例病灶的囊性病灶诊断符合率为93.0%,敏感度为96.4%,特异度为82.3%。ARFI技术误诊病灶为3例,2例病理结果为囊肿内伴出血,将囊性误判为实性。另1例为透明细胞癌伴出血囊性变,将实性肿块误判为囊性。结论:声脉冲辐射力成像技术可无创的反映肾脏囊实性肿块内部的EI值,从而对超声鉴别肾脏囊实性肿块有一定临床应用价值。
