康复护理在类风湿性关节炎患者治疗中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Application Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing in the Treatment of Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的:观察康复护理在类风湿性关节炎患者治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2011年7月-2013年4月于本院进行诊治的74例类风湿性关节炎患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规类风湿性关节炎护理组)37例和观察组(康复护理组)37例,然后将两组患者临床总有效率及干预前后的症状体征评分进行比较。结果:观察组干预后的临床总有效率较对照组明显升高,而干预后的症状体征评分也均明显低于对照组,并且明显低于本组干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复护理在类风湿性关节炎患者治疗中的应用效果较好,其对患者症状体征的改善发挥着积极的作用。

Objective：To observe the application effect of rehabilitation nursing in the treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Method：74 patients with rheumatoid arthritis in our hospital from July 2011 to April 2013 were selected as research object,and all the patients were randomly divided into control group（routine rheumatoid arthritis nursing group）37 cases and observation group（rehabilitation nursing group）37 cases,then the total clinical effective rate and signs and symptoms score before and after the intervention of two groups were compared.Result：The total clinical effective rate of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,the signs and symptoms score after the intervention were all obviously lower than those of control group too,and the scores were obviously lower than those before the intervention,there were all significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application effect of rehabilitation nursing in the treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis is better,and it plays an active role in improving the signs and symptoms of patients.
