双金属蕊芯冰球相变传热性能影响因素分析

摘要 通过对容器式储冰介质——双金属蕊芯冰球的传热特性分析和实验研究 ,对影响其结冰速度的相关因素——外壳材料、外形尺寸、金属蕊芯尺寸和冰球内溶液的成分进行了研究 ,并且提出了改进意见。 A kind of vessel like,ice storage capsule double core ice cylinder has been studied.Through the heat transfer analysis and experimental study,it has been studied that the speed of icing up is effected by the relevant elements such as the materials of the crust of the ice cylinder,the size of the shape of the ice cylinder,the size of metallic core and the ingredients of solution in the cylinder.And the improving advices has been brought forward.The conclusion of this paper has the referencing value for the improvement of the design of the double core cylinder and other ice storage capsules.
