风箱果结实量及种子特性

Seed Yield and Seed Characteristics of Physocarpus amurensis

风箱果（P咖ocarpusamurensis）为濒危种。通过对风箱果种子结实量和种子特性进行测定，结果表明：风箱果果实出种量很低，含1～2粒种子的果实比例最大，平均为3．O粒种子，且不同采种母树间种子质量差异显著（P〈O．05）；风箱果种子含水量、千粒种子质量和生活力分别为9．86％、1．42g和94．44％；种子24h达到了吸水饱和状态，种子不存在种皮透水不良的问题；不同采种母树间种子的发芽率差异不显著（P〉O．05），平均发芽率较低（21．25％）且发芽缓慢；播种出苗率仅为6．22％。

Physocarpus amurensis is one of endangered plants. The experiment was conducted to measure the seed yield and seed characteristics. The fruit yield is very low, the proportion of fruit with 1-2 grains is the largest and mean seed number per fruit is 3.0. Seed weight between different mother trees is significantly difference （P〈0.05）. Seed moisture content, 1 000-seed-weight and seed vitality are 9.86%, 1.42g and 94.44%, respectively. Seeds reaches the water saturation point in 24 hours without the seed non-existent the problem of poor water permeability. The seed germination rate among different the mother trees has no significant difference （P〉0.05）. The average germination rate is low （21.25%） with slower germination, and the seedling emergence rate is only 6.22%.
