摘要
目的在医院信息系统(Hospital Information System,HIS)运作下,对门诊产前检查流程实施再造,并观察其效果。方法在HIS运作下,使用流程管理的方法,对门诊产前检查流程进行再造。通过观察患者数和患者满意度、护理差错和缺陷率,与去年同期流程再造前相应数据进行比较。结果门诊产前检查流程再造前后,患者数分别为39 797、41 452,患者满意度分别为91.28%、99.86%;护理差错、缺陷发生率分别为0.015%、0%,再造前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在HIS下,对产前检查流程进行再造后,孕妇及其胎儿的安全获得保障,检查流程更规范,更顺畅,提升了医院的竞争力。
Objective To observe the effect of process reengineering which outpatient antenatal examination program were changed into process reengineering in HIS. Methods In HIS, the outpatient antenatal exami- nation were changed into process reengineering by method of process management. By observing the nurs- ing error and defect rate, the number of patients, patients" satisfaction, they were compared with corre- sponding data of the same period before the process reengineering last year. Results Before and after the pi'ocess reengineering, the number of antenatal care outpatients respectively were 5 113 (35 794)and 6 021 (42 147) ; the patients" satisfaction respectively were 91. 280//00 and 99.86% ; the rates of nursing error with defects respectively were 0. 015~//00 and 0~. The difference data was statistically significant before and after reengineering (Average P~ 0. 05). Conclusion After the outpatient antenatal examination program are changed into process reengineering in HIS, the safety of pregnant women and fetus is ensured, the process of antenatal examination is more standardized and smoothly, the competitiveness of the hospital is im- proved.
