摘要
随着煤矿生产机械化水平的不断提升,煤矿用带式输送机的应用也越来越广泛,在很大程度上提升了煤矿生产效率。文章分别从输送能力、输送带张力设计计算、强度校核、制动力及逆止力计算等角度对带式输送机的设计计算进行阐述,并介绍了实践中的应用情况。
With the mine production mechanization level rising,with coal mine belt conveyor and more extensive application, to a great extent, upgrade the coal mine production efficiency. This paper respectively from the transmission capacity, conveyer belt tension design calculation,intensity, braking torce and non -return lorce calculation angles oi belt conveyor design calculation is expounded, and introduces the application of practice.
