科学采矿水平的高低关系到煤矿企业甚至一个国家的现代化发展程度。文章对科学采矿的概念进行了详细介绍,以此为基础构建一个完整的数学评价指标体系,并为每一个评价指标设计量化函数,确定主观动态权重方法为基础的数学模型,用具体实例演示科学采矿的运行过程和计算方法。

The level of scientific mining is related to coal mine enterprises or even a country＇s level of modernization. In this paper, the concept of scientific mining is introduced in detail, and on this basis, a complete mathematical evaluation index system is established, as a function of each evaluation index of quantization, a mathematical model is determined by taking the multiple dynamic subjective weight method as the foundation, using real cases demonstrates the operation procedure and calculation method ot scientitic mining.
