摘要
随着材料科学的发展,气体膜分离技术逐渐替代了传统的聚合物气体分离膜制备技术,成为了当今复合膜制备工艺的主流。文章在分析当前膜制备支撑体的基础上,提出了一种廉价、高效的煤基平板炭膜制备技术,并通过实验验证了利用该技术制备成的C/C复合膜气体分离性能,为今后复合膜制备提供了可靠的实验数据。
With the development of material science, gas membrane separation teehnology gradually replaced traditional polymer gas separation membrane preparation teehnology, beeome the mainstream of composite membrane preparation.Based on the analysis of current membrane preparation support foundation, proposes a eheap, effieient eoal base plate of preparation of carbon membranes, and verified by experiments using the technology of producing C/C eomposite membrane for gas separation performance, for the future of eomposite membrane preparation provides reliable experimental data.
