摘要
以煤炭为原料制备甲醇是目前甲醇合成技术的主流路线,文章在煤制甲醇工业的发展的基础上,分析以水煤浆加压气化工艺及Mega联合甲醇合成技术为例,介绍了此工艺条件下煤气化制备甲醇的工程设备,并简要分析了各工序的能量损耗。
As the mainstream route of methanol synthesis technology is taking coal as raw materials. Based on the development of coal-to-methanol industry, here take the case of slurry pressurized gasification process and Mega Joint methanol synthesis technology, and introduce the methanol engineering equipment under the procedure of producing methanol, and also discussed brief the various processes of energDepartment of Chemical Engnieering, Changzhou Institute of Engnieering Technology, Changzhou 213164, Chinay loss.
