随着改革开放以来,我国煤炭企业不仅占据着重要的战略资源地位,也成为我国出口创汇的重要行业。我国作为煤炭的主要生产国与消费国,而煤炭作为不可再生能源,探索清洁煤炭生产新模式,成为持续推进煤炭行业稳定发展的重要保障。文章分析了煤炭企业改革取得的成绩及存在的问题,提出了煤炭企业面临的主要风险及新形势下煤炭企业贸易改革措施。

With the since reform and opening up, China＇s coal enterprises not only occupies an important strategic resource status, but also become China＇s important export industries. China as a major producer and consumer of coal country, and coal as the non-renewable energy sources, explore new clean coal production mode, become an important guarantee of continuing to promote the stable development of the coal industry. This paper analyzes the achievements and problems of coal enterprise reform, and puts forward the main risks faced by the coal enterprises, and put forward under the new situation of coal enterprises of trade reform measures.
