煤炭企业作为我国能源工业当中的重要组成部分,对我国国民经的发展具有十分重要的影响。煤炭企业的贸易模式改革应当根据中央经济工作会议的指示精神,向着低碳化的方向进行,其模式的重新构建应当在市场经济的基本规律作用之下,以企业的利润最大化作为目标,同时将利润最大化的个体目标同降低碳排放的国家政策相统一。文章将在这一思想的指导之下,探讨低碳视角之下的煤炭企业贸易模式的构建策略。

Coal enterprises as an important part of China＇s energy industry which has a very important impact through the development of our national. Coal enterprises in the pattern of trade reform should be based on the spirit of the instructions of the Central Economic Work Conference, the direction toward a low-carbon, its rebuild mode should be the basic law of the market economy under the effects to maximize the profits of the enterprise as a target, while the unity of profit maximizing individual goals with the national policy to reduce carbon emissions. This article will be under the guidance of this idea, explore coal enterprises in trade patterns under the low-carbon perspective building strategy.
