摘要
采用常规压片法对北美驼绒藜的4个世代进行了核型变异分析,结果表明:北美驼绒藜各世代体细胞染色体数目为2 n=18,均为二倍体,核型公式均为2 n=2 x=18=18 m,其核型均属1 A型。北美驼绒藜的4个世代间无染色体数量变异,但存在结构变异,主要表现在染色体绝对长度、染色体长度组成、染色体长度比、平均臂比等方面,其中,染色体绝对长度变异系数较大。
The karyotype variation of four generational of C. lanata was examined by conventional pressed disc method. The results indicated that the chromosome numbers of the generational of C. lanata were 2 n = 18 and all were diploid. The karyotype formula was 2 n =2 x = 18 = 18 m and the karyotypes of all the species were 1 A. The four among generational of C. lanata, there were not chromosomal number variations, but chromosomal structural aberrations were obvious. The main exhibition were chromosome absolute length, composing of chromosome length, chromosome length ratio, average arm ratio, thereinto, chromosome absolute length variation coefficient was great.
