摘要
气流搅拌法是半固态浆料制备中较为高效且经济的方法。其原理是利用气体搅动金属液,产生激冷和强烈对流作用来制备非枝晶的半固态浆料。综述了气流搅拌技术的特点、原理和实质,以及当前气流搅拌法制备铝镁合金浆料的研究及应用现状,同时也介绍了气流搅拌方法在半固态成形中的应用。
Gas bubble stirring is an efficient and economic semi-solid slurry preparation method. The process utilizes the principle of rapid heat extraction and vigorous local extrac- tion to prepare non-dendritic semi-solid slurry by using the injection of gas bubbles. The characteristics, principle and essence of gas bubble stirring method were summarized, the re search situation and application status on preparing semi-solid slurry of A1 and Mg alloys was reviewed, and the application of gas bubble stirring in semi-solid forming was also intro duced.
